Hebron

Today, we headed to Hebron, usually one of the most intense trips of the camp. We first stopped by the last Keffiyeh’s factory in Palestine. Campers got to see how the Palestinian Keffiyeh, a symbol for culture, resistance and steadfastness, is made. We then visited one of Hebron’s several glass factories. The fun parts were now over, and we were moving to a more serious part of our day - the old city of Hebron. Our first stop was the Abrahamic Mosque. After a tour in the mosque, and hearing about its history, we headed for a tour in the old city.
