Go Palestine takes pride in its experienced staff who are focused on a safe and fun-filled summer experience.

Program Director-Suzi Hamdan

Suzi Hamdan serves as Director of Go Palestine. She was a Counselor for the program for the past three years. She has been with the Ramallah Friends School since 2012 as a teacher. Suzi's aim is for parents to send their children to Go Palestine because it is a unique and gratifying experience where kids can learn to be independent, make new friends and connect to Palestine through a variety of fun and educational activities. She is excited to share in this experience and make it valuable and memorable for everyone involved.

Assistant Program Director - Lama Yahya

Lama Yahya has been working at The Palestinian Association for Cultural Exchange for two years, as Tour Operator. This year she will be assisting with the organization of the Go Palestine Camp. She is a Friends school alumni, and she holds a bachelors in Marketing from Birzeit University. Lama is devoted to marketing Palestine as a travel destination for a diverse range of tourists. She believes that visiting Palestine will be a life changing event for the camp participants, and aims to ensure that the kids get the most out of the time they spend in Palestine.


-Adrian Moody: Adrian Moody is the current Head of School of RFS.

-James "Biff" Houldin, advisor, has 30 years experience in the travel and summer programming field. He is the founder of Global Works Travel (a service company for students) and Stone Mountain Adventures. He will be in Ramallah to help train the staff and continue to be an advisor.

-Ted First, advisor, is a lifelong Friend of the Quaker Meeting, and an active participant in Ramallah Friends Meeting and Friends Center through his frequent stays in Ramallah and the West Bank.
