Day 2: Birzeit and Nabi Saleh

We started the day at BirZeit University where we learned about the Right2Education campaign. This was followed by a meaningful discussion. We then headed to Nabi Saleh, a village west of Ramallah, where we heard from the local community about their struggles living under occupation.

To conclude the day, we visited the Palestinian Museum where we got to see their current art exhibit, Intimate Terrains. Campers also got to experience the beautiful grounds surrounding the building including the beautiful art works and native trees and shrubs, most important of which was the olive tree.
