Itinerary
July 6th, Saturday - International campers fly into Amman Airport and stay at hotel.
July 7th, Sunday - International campers are escorted by staff from Jordan to Ramallah.
July 8th, Monday - First day for all campers, meet at the Ramallah Friends School Campus.
July 25th, Thursday- Last day of camp.
July 26th, Friday- International campers escorted by staff to Amman and stay at hotel.
July 27th, Saturday- The day internationals fly from Amman.
Travel to Ramallah
One question which we understand parents and students will want to know more about is, "How do I get to Ramallah when camp begins?” We ask any international wishing to be met by staff to arrive at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan on the Saturday preceding the first day of camp. We will then stay overnight at a hotel in Amman. Then on Sunday, we will as a group on our bus, travel across the border into Ramallah.
Then on the day after final camp day, we will reverse the travel back across the border to Amman, Jordan. We will stay overnight again in Amman, and fly the day after.
We want the traveling to Ramallah to be as seamless as possible. The Ramallah Friends School has vast experience with international students traveling to the West Bank, and we plan to have all the contingencies covered for a safe and smooth passage to and from Ramallah.
